<parking break problem

As soon as I accelerate two parking break lights go on on the dashboard - yellow one stays on constantly and red one blinking. Also I can hear on turns some strange noise in the area of front wheels. Haven't manage to see the dealer yet, but wondered if any of you have had something like this. TDV6 Java Black Alpaca Leather and some extras

The red light means bad things. You should call land rover assist and ask them what to do. They may want to tow it.
