Sat nav probs

Hi Guy's, lovley weather we have so out polishing r/rover sport, hard to keep java clean, Evil or Very Mad the dust, Anyway Need a bit of help after driving a few miles my sat nav screen comes up "READ ERROR" cant read CD it's an intermittent problem but on way home from up north yesterday it kept doing this. tried it today short run no probs,

Looks like you might have a dirt on the DVD. Hopefully, it's as simple as popping it out and cleaning it Very Happy

The DVD drive lives under the passenger seat.

I bought a cd cleaner in the form of a cd with two little brushes glued to it, long enough to clean the read laser, It works fine now (touch wood) As Shmoogle suggested it was pos' a bit of dirt or dust hopefully Very Happy
