How strong is the rear towing point? if in an off road recovery situation would it be sufficient or is there an accepted place to put a couple of jate rings? I suppose the same question could be asked of the front recovery/towing point.

Both front and rear points are attached to the chassis and strong enough for a snatch recovery or to hang 3 other RRSs / D3s off - there's a LR video on youtube with this. |

Thanks. It's good to know that I don't have to throw away all my old bits of kit I used to use on the D1 and D2 |

Good video, think I remember seeing it when it first came out. I presume, when they did the lift, that they weren't using the recovery/towing points but connecting direct to the chasis. |
