It can be done, but if you go to a dealer they are likely to say no, or to charge an arm and a leg - no harm in asking though. On disco3.co.uk, there have been a few threads under the 'electronics' section detailing the Blackbox Faultmate, which is a diagnostic tool that lets you alter the car's configuration files. With this, and the right hardware, you can turn on any option and even change a 'S' into an 'HSE'.

I also think its a very good feature of the car. Ive used it twice now on long journeys, and i would miss it if i didnt have it now, |

One slight drawback though is jumping into my other cars with normal cruise control... nearly ploughed into the back of another car at full speed on the motorway last week |
