you dont need to remove it to repaint it. if the body shop cant mask it up and repaint it in situ then they are not worth going to. painted mine this week and it was kept in place and the lettering reused. total cost £30! |

mine was bonded and clipped so I didnt want to remove it and break anything. is simple doing it either way. most of the clips break when removing according to other threads so I did not want to chance it and it looks just as well. |
