Options Checker tool?

Can anyone advise if there is an online LR/RR options checking tool that I can use to check what options the car I'm looking at buying has installed?

No online tool James - what I would do is ring a dealership, and get them to search for the reg plate or VIN - they should be able to tell you the factory build specification. Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!
