Well have to say big congratualtions to James and the team at CHPR. My MD wanted to order a 2010MY RRS - went to the local dealer in Stoke who could only tell him they'd ordered 3 for the launch date and they were all specced up and couldn't be changed, if he wanted to come back in a month then they'd see if they could do anything on next allocation ! ! Understandably he was a bit miffed and told me to sort one out for him.

A quick pm to James later and my MD has now ordered a TDV6 3.0 HSE. All sorted out over email, absolutely no hassle for me, staright forward transparent pricing and deal all concluded. Very impressed as my MD is notoriously one of the hardest people to please in the world and I've never known him sign on the first deal offered - must have some impressive closing skills down at CHPR !!
