Interior Trim Question

I have on 09 RRS with Ivory and Dark Zebrano. The other bits (vents/door grabs/bits above hockey sticks on centre console) are like a dull grey colour. (Like the stuff that the buttons are mounted in on the steering wheel)

Another bloke who I saw at the dealer today has exactly the same interior but all his grey parts were bright shiny metal almost chrome finish. Apart from the wheel which was like mine.

I asked the dealer why his had a nicer finish.

They didn't know and said it wasn't an option.

I am skeptical, but can't find it on the option list or anything.

i think you might find you have a pre-facelift model, the latest model has clear side indicators, clear rear indicators and the 'almost chrome' interior.... RRS-2.7hse overfinch engine upgrade-java black-ivory leather-22"overfinch supersports-hst bodykit-colour coded handles-side steps-09 clear rear lights and indicators-chrome wing mirrors-piano black interior and ivory overfich speedo dials.

Very odd, mine is an 09, it was built last month, has clear side indicators etc.

Checked with the model number too.

Give LR customer services a call. Looks like they got rid of some old parts on yours Whistle Must admitt if it was an 09 that I'd just bought I wouldn't be very happy at that and if it couldn't be changed I'd be looking for some financial incentive to accept it. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone
