it happens in my street

found the going on's strange in the new build bungalow rented out to a lady who never goes out, has her lights on 24/7 and has the worlds strangest dress sense ....................

Tonight I have just witnessed the police close down a cannabis farm Shocked

3 or 4 bin liners full of plants and a dozen heat/light lamps

chatting to the police it wreaked of the stuff, it now makes sense why she had visits about 3 times a week and had a bright glow from the hallway 24/7 Shocked

Fascinating...I hear the police are using electric bills as early indicators of these types of operations...comparing average usage to houses in the surrounding area, and then something like this would jump out as an obvious candidate.

So...was her funny dress sense related to not being able to color coordinate...is that what happens when you live in a house full of ganja! PJPR

Perhaps in the states, over here most offenders have bypassed the electric meter so their consumption is totally unrecorded.
They actually use police helicopters on some of the detections with their heat sensing cameras, such houses normally 'glow' compared to the other houses on the street!!!!

Funny you say that...

The property attached to this always has the curtains closed and a red lava lamp in the bedroom window.

Chatting to them last night, i was joking with them about about the farm possibly using their electric and the next door neighbours (them) having a red brothel light in the window. Saying it used to be a nice neighbour hood Laughing

Come to think about it, we have had the police helicopter flying over our houses quite often recently, circuling overhead.......possible thats how they saw it Wink
