You can get updates from the Navteq website but that is the mapping not the system software. You may have to go back to the importer for the system software. The Range Rover Sport SatNav/Audio is originally made by Alpine or Denso as a custom build for Land Rover IIRC. Have you tried looking on eBay? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

thanks tim, actually, i am looking for the map data rather than the system software. will take a look at Navteq site, but don't think that have a map of Hong Kong. does the system run on windows or symbian? |

Anyone (I'm guessing maybe I should aim this at Bobby) know exactly what the hardware/software combo is for the RRS? I have come across a guy here who has maps for Cyprus and he's asking specifics to see if his maps are applicable. He currently offers the products along with Garmin hardware but said it is likely he'll be able to apply the maps to the existing software as long as I confirm what we're running first.

I'm sure Bobby has said before that he doesn't have any maps for his car - not sure if it's just Malaysia that there are no maps for, or that whole part of the world. I also seem to remember someone from our Oz contingent saying there were no maps for down there either... they'd happily sell you a car with SatNav but then you couldn't use it.
