United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

I've narrowed my decision down to a straight choice between these two :-

Blackberry Storm

or

Apple iphone

Both seem to delivery everything I'm looking for. The Blackberry works out cheaper overall. No up front cost for the phone and cheaper monthly rates. But I would have to change to Vodafone as service providers.

The iphone means I can stay with O2, been with them for about seventeen years and never had a problem with their service. I'm tempted to phone O2 customer services and tell them I'm cancelling my contract just to see what they will offer me to stay. I got a cracking deal for my daughters phone last year when I said I was moving to Virgin Mobile. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

I have been a Cellnet/O2 customer for as long as I can remember (so thats last week then) and made the mistake of switching to Vodafone one year. Never again - asides from the worst network coverage I have witnessed the customer service was non existent. I tried to get out of my contract as soon as I realised the signal at my home was 1 bar maximum and they insisted I was held to the 12 month contract despite me having checked coverage with them and they assuring me my home area was covered. well it was - of sorts! Droping calls was a regular occurence throughout the year but I stuck it out.

When it came time for me to renew my contract I obviously made the decision to switch back to O2 but Vodafone had other ideas and spun out the process of giving me the code needed by O2 for three weeks whilst their "Customer Retention" team trhough deal after deal at me culminating in them losing their temper with me because I wouldn't stay with Vodafone!!!!

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I use Vodafone! WINNER - 2009 Best Newcomer Award

I thought providers were now legally bound to provide the PAC within a certain amount of time after request?
