Speed Camears are just cash generators and they can dress it all they want but i will still not buy any other answer, even the police authorities are not in unison on it, there are no cameras in North Yorkshire or County Durham regions as the Chief Constables do not beleive that they are effective. |

...and Swindon council are removing all of theirs. If they can't agree amongst themselves, they'll never sell it to the driving public

176 mph and it was the TVR Tuscan S that was the only car able to beat the camera. One of my mates had one and it was just totally crap. Had to have the battery charged every night or it wouldn't start the next day. Bit like owning an iphone really. WINNER - 2009 Best Newcomer Award

I only shredded the picture last week. I should have scanned it and posted it up for general amusement.

But there are more than an average number of speed traps So the chances of getting caught are much higher than the counties with static cameras. TDV6 - gone TDV8 - gone Audi Q5 3.0 Tdi Sline wef 6/11/10 |

I heard on this morning's news that Lord Ahmed, who spent 14 days in prison for using his mobile phone while driving and was then involved in an accident on the motorway (but not while he was on the phone - 1 minute after he hung up! Oh yeh?) has announced that he is going to become a campaigner for road safety - how phoney is that 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Always the same in every country: How long will it take until politicians finally realize that those people who do 150mph when 70mph are allowed will also do 150mph if there is a 50mph limit?!?
