and no doubt people will question this so i am more than happy to submit photoes if one could tell me howto smudge out my colleages faces in teh pictures!

THIS IS A SERIOUS THREAD

Guys

I work for Sikorsky. This is one of ours. I can't tell you how much it affects us when one of our aircraft is involved in an event where there maybe loss of life. We are proud of what we do and the aircraft we make. We don't know enough details yet to be able to determine what happened here. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

i hope they are all ok, but what is this with all the aircraft helicopters and planes coming down at the moment?
just after the hudson river, a plane crashed in the us (i think new jersy)
then a turkish airlines, these two helicopters.

shocking! i would presume that the north sea's bad weather has alot to with it!
i will move any other sarcy coments over to "my BS" page as things like this really do sadden me RR Sport supercharged 06
strut grills, strut 22" wheels, Full Kahn Kit
Brembo big brake kit, tinted front and rear lights

It always seems that air crashes are like buses - you wait ages for one then 6 come within a short time of each other. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

I think the news channels cover the stories a little bit more after a big story like the hudson river

So they stand out more

no didnt the first helicopter one come down before hudson?

also, the turkish airlines one was a Big one! and the BA 777 at heathrow was also large!
i didnt hear about the second heli crash at the north sea as of yet!

we rely so heavily on technology its second nature! but when it goes wrong we all look for someone to blame! RR Sport supercharged 06

The current helicopter crash is off the eastern coast of Canada, SP, not the North Sea. The passengers were not so lucky there, unfortunately.
