If your car has xenon lights they will probably adjust manually from inside the bonnet to LHD or RHD pattern

Yes, there is a switch that "flattens" the directional part... Instead of the --\__--\__ pattern I just get __________ when I flip it over.

Other than the expensive way of changing to EU headlights, this is the only option I think..

Living in Germany and had a RRS last year. As of 1 Apr 08 they (the authorities) made a change in the law and to drive permanently on flattened beams could result in fines. Basically I was allowed to drive with flattened beam until my next MOT was due which would have been 3 years as the car was new. However, I cannot say that I enjoyed driving on flattened beams in the Winter months - you just do not get the full benefit of the lights. Personally, I would cough up and buy continentals - you will benefit in the long run. |

Doin't mind coughing up the money, but was just wondering if it could be done on the existing headlights...
