Extended Warranty Question

I'm getting ready to purchase an extended warranty for my 2006 RRS which has 48K miles. I have received two quotes thus far. The first from Auto Advantage Inc. (3 Year/Unlimited Miles- $1,848.00) The second from Warranties 4 Wheels (3 Year/Unlimited Miles- $2,338.00)

Has anyone out there either had any experience or heard of these guys?
