Isn't the press button there to activate the safety interlock that stops you accidentally going straight from R to D or the other way ........ I think you may be looking at a visit to the dealer to have your gearbox electronics looked at. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

hi tim,there is nothing wrong with the electronics but yes i can go from d to r and visa versa no problem, the shaft is connected to the button mechanically but you may be right a bout the dealer |
