Why should someone earning £3m per year bother to take the trouble to do this? Maybe to avoid speeding fines, but even then if they were stopped by the police or involved in an accident the scam would come to light - just not worth it. I suppose the UK purchased RRS is on french plates to avoid the UK road fund license of £400 per year (free in France) and although Noel can afford to pay it, he's probably sticking a finger up at the authorities. I think Noel is probably right and the whole thing is just a cock-up. Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps. |

I wonder why his French domiciled car is right hand drive........................... surely it would make more sense to have a LHD car if it were domiciled in France. Then again maybe Noel has shown again his lack of good sense.

I'd take BMW rock-hard suspensions over a Fiat 500-powered Range Rover. |
