Germany 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

Hi Russell,

thanks for asking, that's actually very nice! Thumbs Up
I'm no longer interested (since I found out that I don't get good money for my 19inch wheels and therefore will keep them and buy new tyres for them instead) and I think besides Rupert's slightly low-budget-offer Wink there has not been any other offer here (it seems RRS owners do really only use their cars for ice-cream-parlour-cruising Rolling Eyes Laughing ).

So feel free... Wink

Sorry, tafftoo, for keeping you wait that long. I would have loved to buy them but since I know which kind of money I can get for my very-very-very-scratched-but-still-fine-foroffroading 19ers, keeping my wheels and buying new tyres seems to be the only sensible way to go for me. Sorry, but thanks a lot for the wait and the pics, your wheels really do look a lot better than mine... Embarassed Wink

Btw: @all Germans who are interested in this:
Funny country this country: If you want to drive tyre sizes which are different from your original tyre size you have to bring a test certificate which shows that your speedo is correct with these tyres, but then you are not allowed to drive any other tyre size anymore (even not the standard! Rolling Eyes ) so you have to bring a test certificate showing that the speedo works correct for each tyre size you want to drive (even standard), then it's okay. That's bureaucracy at it's best... Rolling Eyes If you ask me (and all the others I have been talking to about this topic Wink ), they seem to want us to just drive the other tyre size and hope we don't have any serious accidents. Rolling Eyes Cool RRS TDV6 HSE, 2006, bonatti grey, ebony interior, rear diff, s/c grille and vents, stormers, privacy, tasmods, iphone integration Wink

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

McBunny - TUV isn't the only German Authority that has some very strange rules - my ship changed from Liberian register to German in February last year. The German owners are getting very frustrated with all the silly little rules that the SbG and BSH keep finding that they have to comply with and are in excess of the International shipping requirements. We have a name for it in the UK - and we suffer from it terribly here where our governemnt takes an EU regulation and then adds bits to suit itself and we, the public then blame Brussels. We call it Gold Plating of EU rules here. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

FYI they are listed over on the D3 site too.

So best to keep an eye out there, to see how the bidding is going.
