Hi guys, Can I ask a question, when you lock your sport can you still open the door to access the fuel filler cap ? When I lock mine I can hear a solanoid clicking like it is trying to lock the door, but it remains open. through the access hatch in the boot I can see the cable that I presume is to do this... but mine doesnt lock... does yours ... if so back to the stealer !!! |

You're not pressing the lock button twice are you by any chance? - one press locks the car and fuel flap, second press unlockes the fuel flap - doors stay locked. I also think two presses disables the volume sensor on the alarm!

really? 
What I know is that one press will superlock all doors (includes the fuel flap) and activate the perimetric alarm, the interior space program and the tilt sensor. Two presses within 3 seconds will lock all doors and activate the perimetric alarm BUT will not activate the interior space protection or tilt sensor. On earlier models the fuel filler flap can be opened when the vehicle is unlocked. Bryn, the fuel flap must lock when you press the lock button, irrespective whether once or twice. Since you can also hear the solenoid working, as advised, to the dealer! Unless you have a US speced car!  Malaysia Boleh!
