Hmm... maybe, I'd have said it was just the suspension moving. My suspicion with these things is the fact that they get filmed in the first place - what are the chances?

Yes you are right. It was made as advertising company of the new opened BALTMAN shop in Gediminas ave in the center of Vilnius. In my opinion it was great idea, they made it so, that it looks like filmed by phone and shared in the internet. Later they increased effect of this advertising company with discussion about this in local TV. We have some program that use various filmed material with various criminal that are filmed by TV viewers and this TV program try to investigate situation and try to unmask causers of various criminals. They sent this to TV and ... Any way I found it quite interesting.

Jay, you could use this to advertise your shops.... although I suppose being in Luton you wouldn't have to resort to special effects
