have you done one b4? Borla's line up perfectly most do not. But unless you have all the tools dont bother. I was charged $95 by midas to install, took less than an hour. |

Did you just take it to a local midas or do they have to be a certified Borla dealer? GITRDONE |

If you have any knowledge of working on cars I would save the $100 bucks and do it yourself. All you will need is a socket set since this is a cat back exhaust only. I would say it would be more complicated only when you get into removing the cat because you have to deal with the 02 sensor. Plus if I were you I would never let someone at Midas or any other generic repair shop touch any of my cars. |

Or if you aren't that comfortable then I would say at least take it to a good performance shop or a reputable exhaust shop. I just personally won't take my cars to a chain repair shop. |

Its only an exhaust, like you said nuts and bolts, thats the only thing I'd trust them to do; we're not talking about a tune up or mechanical work. there is nothing they can truely jack up; especially with a bolt-on exhaust system that fits like a glove. no complaints here, but then of course I know the kid who installed my stuff and he knows what he's doing. |

it will not void your warranty. Things that void your warranty will have to do with modifieing mechanical componets of your vehicle. for instance, if you if you changed out your pullies or modified engine componets and something broken on your engine, then most likely it would not be covered. thats sorta how it works. or if you put some aftermarket brakes on and something broke, they would not be covered by your warranty, it doesnt mean you lose your entire warranty... |
