Hi,
We have been using a Maxi Cosi Rodi XR for a few years, and our 7 year old absolutely loves it. However, the stability of the seat is very much due to a smart "docking station", which slides in under the car seat, with the booster seat attaching to it.
So, now that we have our new RRS, the first thing I notice is that the "docking station" no longer is usable! Hence, either we live with that the only thing holding the booster seat in place is the seat belt, or we get a new booster seat.
Our daughter is tall, but light, and will be using a booster seat at least for two/three years still.
Of course it makes sence to now use the ISOFIX, but then there really aren't that many seats to choose between;
- Britax Kidfix
- Recaro Monza Seatfix
- Jane Indy Plus
The "professional" reviews on these are all good, and I would like to feedback from forum members using any of these.
Thanks in advance,
KB RRS TDV8, black with ivory.
