Well all I’ll say is be very careful “buckblue”, there is very little clearance between the wheels & suspension. Using a larger / higher profile tyre could result in rubbing issues !
When I initially went to put the Stormers on my previous sport, I decided to opt for 295/45 20 tyres, as they were easier to get, slightly cheaper & would offer more rim protection than the 275/40’s.
However when I put them on, the tyres were rubbing the upper suspension & had to be taken off straight away.
It was quite the drama & you can read the story as it unfolded in this thread………
Also, I’m not sure what the situation is in your region, but I know that here in Ireland & the UK, there can be issues with your insurance company, if you have fitted a non-approved tyre size for the vehicle. While a 275/40/20 is a listed tyre size for the RRS, a 265/50 20 is not.
A small point, but one worthy of note nonetheless.
So really my best advice is to thread carefully !

thanks for your advice, this has definitely influenced my decision
if i go for the stormers im gonna go stock 275/40 R20's
otherwise tempted for the overfinch replicas my dealer has in stock! they're 22s though and im too worried about the ride and protection, the roads are horrible here! but ive seen a range rover sport on the overfinch 22s and i must say it stands differently really spells out RESPECT YOUR ELDERLY!
but wont go for it! most prob either the stock SC wheels or the stormers (both 20s)
