Drivers seat..loose?

Hi all, Im new...(hello, hi, how you doing, hey, hello Smile picked up my Bonatti grey Supercharged 55 reg RRS this weekend.

100 miles so far and loving it apart from one small thing....the drivers seat

So.....On launch from a stand still, cornering and braking I can feel the seat beneath me shift on its mountings a couple of millimeters...obviously this leads to the odd creak now and then too which is already starting to annoy me...

Anyone else found this?
Obviously it will be off back to the dealer but i just wanted to be armed with any 'real' knowledge before I head off there

Cheers all....great forum..
Thumbs Up

db

you may have had a huge f*t slob test diving it before you Shocked so blame envoy for shearing the bolts holding the seat down Whistle

seriously though it sounds like the seat has been out and the bolts not tightened properly when replaced

Guernsey 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Rimini Red

Just in case you guys aren't aware.

The driver's seat movement has been recognised as a problem with some Sport's and they will be issuing a solution to this problem soon.

Mine was in today to replace the seat base and they were just told by Land Rover today that this would not solve the problem. It's requires completely new parts (whether that is a base, I am not sure) which they are working on at the moment.

Cheers
