A good friend who owns a very large dealership with dozens of franchise supplying all makes,,,,, but believe me, when I was looking to purchase the other 2 I was offered sizable discounts from dealers and they did come close to the £40k

This may be a daft Q, But does the discounted figure of £40k include VAT Speed Limits! not where I live!
