Help - London West end trip

CHristmas is a coming so the wife Smile decided to book in a show at West End close to Christmas.

However this is on the day travelling down to outlaws in Surrey from the Midlands.

Must be 8 years since down that way, before the Ken and Boris era, so what would be a good plan to get in and out and at the same time keeping all the pressies safely stuffed in the Rangie, whilst watching the show Question

Bow down

United Kingdom

just been down at the weekend to do the same (shopping and then Eddie Izzard at the Lyric), however we stayed over and hence had a hotel for parking plus cover and rest. We stayed at the Sofitel - Waterloo Place - very handy for shopping and West End shows. Personally driving into London, shopping, show and driving out again wouldn't be very relaxing to me

not much help really am I Laughing
