Portable DVD in RRS

All,

I am looking for a portable DVD player for my 7-year old to use in the back of the RRS..... I have looked around, and I am pretty impressed by the Philips PET1030/35. It has a car mount, which attaches to the headrest posts.

Does anyone have any experience with this particular DVD player and mount, or are there other players with car mounts that I should include in my short-list?

Nextbase has a great headrest mount that attachs elegantly to the headrest poles.

I checked out the NextBase players, and all of them have a significntly lower DPI than the Philips ones. I do like the size of them though.

I went with this one...

Since it was the thinest that nextbase have with a battery mounted.
- So it will keep running before and after you take the key out of the ignition.
(if you want))

Also, it remember where you last switched it off, which is very handy.

Picture looks very good to be honest. On a 8" screen, i don't think high resolution makes that much difference.
Do let us know how you get on. 2022 P440e AB
