Brake Pad Change

When changing brake pads front or back, how many sensor cables are required, for example on the rear do i need 4 pads and 1 or 2 sensor cables?

Thanks

V6 non Brembo? 1 cable front, 1 cable rear (opposite corners from memory) if the warning light isn't on yet then no cables needed - you may only need one cable and as i recall my front one went first. I think they were around £7 & £12 so no great shakes to pick both up with your pads anyway.

Hey, does anyone know the costs for front and rear brembos? Dealer is quoting me near £480 for the job as I'm at 80% - but still think it's a lot of dosh.

Sorry not been around of late, various changes to my domestic situation have not been the easiest to deal with but I'm back - duly noted - the £100 reward to best RRS from the Meet - but if nobody has any objections I'll donate it to the site or VA - so let me know.

Thumbs Up

I just got hit for £360 for a full set of pads on my FL2, I rang the sponsors in York but it was best that since the dealer had the wheels off and the fronts were at 95% i might as well let the dealer do it

If i had known before hand Evil or Very Mad
