Where? I can't find any unless your talking secondhand ones or after market ones "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car. "OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car. "HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence. "TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you. |

They regularly pop up on ebay and make between 8 and 12 hundred quid depending on location.

No need to try and sell them on ebay as I dont have them yet - just an option on them but whilst I can see the Supercharged wheels up for that price I have never seen the Stormers for that price or any where near that Russell. Just been on flebay and seen a set for £700 Point is that when I phones the chap to ask about them they had been sold and he said he had removed the item from ebay, but clearly had not He said he could get some more but not at that price - yes that old chestnut Finally, when I asked if they were genuine he laughed and said not at that price or even 3x that So, the motto of the story is - if something looks tooooooo goooood to be true it probably is, and anyone buying from ebay needs to be very carefull when it comes to wheels etc as they just might not be genuine "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car. "OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car. "HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence. "TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you. |

I think the comments about these being overpriced are true. I've seen them regularly go for around £1,000. You are right though quoting the RRP, But those that can afford the RRP buy them from the dealers when buying there new RRS.

No disrespect, but I have seen them go for £1050, £1100, £1195 etc etc but none of them were original LR wheels with a known manufactured tyre like these - please check for yourself with those that are selling them. I wish folk would stop telling me what they have and have not seen, as those that are clearly dont know what they are buying or actually have seen If you aint interested then dont reply and please stop telling me what you can and can't get on ebay as I have looked and done the reasearch I will reduce the asking price to £1500 inc postage etc. Russell. Russell - they can be found for around £1000 - and I am refering to originals with new tyres. I bought a set of 20" S/C wheels for mine and at the time the supplier (who from memory was a Kahn fitter) had Stormers available for the same money if I was interested.

To be honest I really dont give a f k anymore. I am trying to sell something I dont actually have and on behalf of someone else but after the s t received I wont bother. For those looking for a bargain - they are no longer for sale through me, so go look at ebay and buy some "original" wheels that the folk on here say you can buy from there "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car. "OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car. "HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence. "TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you. |
