Very easy reidnul.

Lift the bonnet, push down on the 3 or 4 retaining clips at the top of the grille and then give the grille a good hard tug, and it will come away.

Yes, but when the top clips are unclipped, pull the grille by gripping it down low, near the bumper to release the bottom latches. Best way is to hunker down in front of the grille & put your fingers in through the horizontal bars & pull straight out.

If you pull the grille up high, it will pivot out & you run a risk of breaking the bottom latches off !!!

Germany 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

That's a great description, thanks guys! Thumbs Up

I received my grill this morning and tried to change it in a little hurry. The upper clips were no problem but the lower part of the grill wouldn't move so I stopped my efforts because I thought there could be any screw or something similar I could brake by pulling to hard but with this explanation I think I will be able to handle it. I will try again this afternoon. Cool

Thanks a lot! Bow down

I could not resist and did it instead of eating during my lunch break:

It really is as easy as it sounds, you just need some brude force and have to pull exactly as Rupert described it! Thumbs Up

Thanks a lot, what a great forum! Bow down

And what a great looking RRS mine now is. Very Happy
Pictures to be posted soon (at the weekend the latest).

Ok, here is the pic:

life it looks better. i was scared because i thougt it wont fit 100% to the car. the grille was also not even so the painter had some overtime with this part. for round about 400 pounds i thought the quality should be better.

but ok.

no, i hate my frontlights, so next job at my car will be the paintshop in the frontlights. tomorrow i take a better pic and post it! RRS TDV8 Modelyear 2009 with some modifications.

Looks well good...

In terms of the lights, is your local paint shop going to do it? Do they have any experience with it?
As I want to do the same I am wandering how can this be done.
Spoke to the guys in my paint shop today and they were telling me that I might be facing some issues with moisture once the headlamp has been taken apart. Is this true?
