I was bringing wife & daughter, but then it will be an early start for me, so they have cried off. Instead I'm bringing my cousin.
Am I right in thinking you haven't done the LRE day Kam? If not, then you'll be very impressed with how the RRS performs off-road, but I doubt if this day will test it any where near as much as the LRE course does. Matt

RRS ownership for 1 yr, then D3 for 2 yrs. Then cut back to old bangers and working my way back up through two Peugeots in 6 months. Now got Saab 9-5 2.3t and enjoying the performance!

No you are right Mpox, i didn't get an LRE day as technically my car was used, they said they dealer said he would see what they could do, but unfortunately the guy who first ordered my car got the day before i had even bought the car off LR. In a way glad the course won't be as challenging as the LRE one, as we have to use our own cars for it!

MPWox11 you're joking! BNs days are about a Level 2 at LRE. Past ones have been at Rockingham LRE centre and at Tixover. It will be a full on off road day but the instructors are excellent and will see you safely through. Tixover in particular has some pretty serious stuff ( a RR rolled while we were there, but he wasn't one of our chaps just a pay & play merchant)

The instructors work for Vince Cobley at Rockingham and are really good, they often appear with Vince in LROI magazine. It is quite tiring as there is a lot to concentrate on but it is great value and excellent fun.
