2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

When I had a V8i ES Disco1 it was interesting how part exchange values changed depending on the location of dealers I approached. In Scotland the rural dealers wouldn't even look at it as they sold mainly TD's, In the Scottish city dealers they offered low partex values but when I approached several dealers in Hampshire, Kent and Surrey they nearly bit my hand off to get it, they couldn't get enough high spec Disco1 V8's. I think though SP you need to go for a run in a TDv8, I think you would be surprised at how like V8 petrol engine it is as far as smoothness, vibes and even engine note. It just doesn't rattle like any other diesel I have owned. The cloud of black smoke when you stamp on the loud pedal is unavoidable though Mr. Green 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Slovenia 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

I agree with Tim. I never owned diesel car before my RRS and TDV8 really does not sound like diesel at all. But I have to be honest SC sounds even better but try to get the avg. consumption of approx.8,5L/km on the SC Laughing 2008 RRS TDV8 HSE, Java black, Alpaca,.....
