fing chewing gum

Excuse the language but a friend of mine managed to get chewing gum all over one of my leather seats. Does anyone have experience of getting it off?

I've googled and seen peanut butter but that would make me puke and to be honest I never trust Americans Wink

Vinegar?

Kill him?

HELP!

I know one way how to remove chewing gum.... Freeze it! When it will be frozen, you can take it off... But in the beginning, kill your friend Laughing

Really: Take some pieces of ice from your freezer, give it on the chewing gum. And then, the chewing gum should be remove. It should brake.

Sorry my english RANGE ROVER, MORE THAN A CAR, LESS THAN A KITKAT

Thanks Dadanek,

Ice didn't work well. The gum was too thin.

What did work was using Tesafilm. Got it all off, no marks on the leather, no probs.

Hint for anyone who has this problem!

Merci TDV8 with optional dog.

Glad I didn't have one of those around while cleaning the gum off. I might have picked up the wrong rag! Shocked TDV8 with optional dog.

If you knew what "Tesa" was, you wouldn't want to see a film of it! Shocked

Reminds me of a line in a film....
