Range Stormer

A little has been mentioned about the Range Stormer on this forum but I would like to know what members think about this car. Will this car be made, how much etc. One thing for sure is if they use those doors you will never get out in a multi-story carpark!

Its a shame it wont be made, but if they get any where near with two doors my name will be on one, but it must still be a landy at heart for me. Its out there somewhere. Second V10 Treg on the drive at the moment.

They could easily have taken the exhausts through for the SC model - instead of the poxy little things that are there now. And does anyone think that last pic makes it look like an Audi RS Quattro from the 80s?

Yes I was looking at the exhausts and thinking what happened to them on the RRS but I think they are a little OTT. shmoogle - I agree with the Audi Quattro look, I was wondering where I'd seen that picture before! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I here the freelander will only be 5 doors and they have designed a baby Landrover smaller than the Freelander. With 3 doors for future production. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the Stormer styling appears on that, as has the RRS styling appeared on the Freelander. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

My receipt from my Land Rover dealer for my deposit states 'Range Stormer' back early 2004. They hadn't decided the name Sport than. I thought I was ordering a 2 door.
Prefer the actual 4 door sport as an every day car though!

I was hoping the Lambo style doors would make it through to the RRS from the Range Stormer. That's what made it exciting. L319 D4 HSE

Yeah, those doors were cool, I was really looking forward to them. Remember the bottom part of the door also dropped down to make a step.

Maybe you could VA, instead of raising the door you could just open the step and crawl out. Practice a few times first?
