2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 S Java Black
RRS Park Brake Problem

Hi All,
I have RR Sport that the park brake light comes on in motion, it also makes a virating noise when the park brake is applied after a drive. What can the problem be? somebody tells me its solenoid switch.
I need help please, how can I get it repaired?

There was a Bulletin issued in May regarding EPB Actuator Screech/Noise from Parking Brake Drum/Shoe drag.
Point your dealer to this Bulletin (No. LTB00079v3) and hopefully they'll get your problem sorted. Malaysia Boleh!

Can you give me a link to the bulletin? I happen to run a garage out here, I have had a couple of complains of this nature until I experienced it. I need to get to the root for future occurences.
