Sounds like passenger side door not shut

Hi
Sat in the front passenger seat for the first time today whilst I let the other half drive, if that wasnt bad enough,
I noticed that it sounded like the door wasnt closed correctly after re-checking the door was closed correct and the window closed I could still hear the outside road noise a lot more than in the driving seat.
Has anybody experianced this or can anyone advise me on this one as its got me lost.
Regards Ste Sleds

Was the window fully closed. I once had a problem with the FNS window not closing properly into the seal which caused a lot of noise. Couldn't see any gap from inside the vehicle. Trip to the dealer fixed it. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

Hi
Thanks for the reply
I thought the window was closed but will have a better look and check it closed correctly.

Also check that one of the back windows hasn't dropped a couple of millimeters, I have found that having one of them open a crack can cause an amazing amount of noise and it it is very easy to accidentally operate the back ones when you mean to operate the front windows 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

I had a similar problem and found the seal at the top/back of the passenger window was getting twisted into the channel when the window was raised. Almost impossible to see from the outside but it generated a lot of wind noise. Lowered the window, had the missus hold the seal out the way and raised window (her fingers were better in there than mine). Needs to be left closed for a couple of days to remove the twist from the rubber. Neil
