Also check that one of the back windows hasn't dropped a couple of millimeters, I have found that having one of them open a crack can cause an amazing amount of noise and it it is very easy to accidentally operate the back ones when you mean to operate the front windows 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I had a similar problem and found the seal at the top/back of the passenger window was getting twisted into the channel when the window was raised. Almost impossible to see from the outside but it generated a lot of wind noise. Lowered the window, had the missus hold the seal out the way and raised window (her fingers were better in there than mine). Needs to be left closed for a couple of days to remove the twist from the rubber. Neil |

Also check that the trim on the bottom/outside of the door isn't loose. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
