What Next?

I'm due to change my TDV8 in November so this week I need to get to grips with "What next" the SWIMBO has her idea's which I will not bring myself to type on here, however, i have thought about the HST but those exhausts are all wrong for me Rolling Eyes . I loved the Q7 Cool , but the V12 is out of my price range Big Cry . XF residuals seem to be bucking the trend at the moment but the problem there is that it's a Saloon and with my tribe it will never work. D3, sooo practical it probaly is the right car for us but........ Banging Head Any thoughts.

The D3 is a good car especially if you need to lug around family and stuff. Never had a problem fitting everything in a D3. I may be wrong but there might be a bigger TDV6 engine for the D3 even the TDV8 if Cornelius up my own backside is to be believed. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

Does it need to be 4x4/SUV? I presume not if you're considering an XF.

Call me old-fashioned, but another RRS? MY09? Whistle

VA- I would be very surpised if the TDV8 made it into the D3 and I have not seen anything to state other wise

S- XF is out, I do love the car and I have driven it many times, but with large dog and family......

The problem I have with D3 and RRS is the interiors, not the seats but the instrumentation and switch gear, for me it needs advancing, I mean, in the XF the ipod docks with the car and with most other cars, for christ sake my wife had a little Clio as a hire car the other day and she could plug her ipod into that!!! I feel they need to incorporate a level of switchgear and instrumentation that matches a £55K price tag. I was hoping the 09MY would do this. Speed Limits! not where I live!

Yep, supposedly the XF dash actually.... if the interiors are beginning to disappoint how about a nearly new FFRR? Or does it have to be new for lease reasons etc?

England 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

I'd be tempted with a D3, but it just looks so boxy outside and I hate the grille!

Very practical though!
