Yep... and even if Porsche are being pushed into the diesel world due to legislation it still doesn't mean people are going to buy them and you'd think choosing that engine in the Cayenne would alienate any potential customer further. Strange, but I suppose they've done their homework.

Why don't all these car manufacturers offer a 1.1 engine with no emissions hardly, which will bring average emissions down. No one will buy them but they won't get caught by these fines? (I am assuming it is the average emissions across the range that is measured) Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate |

Pelyma, you're right it is based on average emmissions for fleet of cars manufactured.

Are Q7s not selling? That probably explains why a neighbour has sold his Toureg and bought a new Q7. Must be mad, don't tell Kaine but the Toureg is much nicer looking.
