Congratulations on both the baby and the car. One thing for sure is you'll get less sleepless nights with the car! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Andrew - just to make you jealous my 7 month old baby sleeps 12 hours at night 9pm-9am This makes up for my first 2 kids who both wouldn't sleep for more than 1 hour at a time. I spent many early mornings watching teletubbies, driving them around the neighbourhood and at a last resort shopping at a 24hr supermarket where I was joined by numerous dads with small babies - all giving eachother that knowing look! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten 2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed. Congrats Andrew, on both scores!! Now, how to split time between new sprog and new car? At least mine is 18 months now - he actually came on the test drive. His only complaint was that he couldn't reach the pedals, but he does like to sit and "drive" it. 2009 Outstanding Contribution Award - Joint Runner Up 2009 'Tech-Head Of The Year' Award - Runner Up Like it here? Picked it up on Friday and needless to say I have been smiling all weekend, initial impressions are better than expected in terms of performance, I had been thinking about a turbochip but will put this on hold for a while and see how I get on.

Glad to see QA at the LR factory is still alive and well We have a few tales of things forgotten or wrong at the factory so you shouldn't take it personally.

That's exactly what I said to the dealer on Friday.....after discovering the missing option I said that typical of Land Rover I know of a few other owners who have had similar problems. I was thinking of RRUK's privacy glass.

Yep, and in mine they managed to put the rear grab handles in the front of the car so if I want to hang up a jacket, I can't without blocking the view out of the front side windows. Useful!
