Hmm... why is changing the dashboard to show km instead of miles going to fix the problem?

no that wont fix the problem, may be i shouldnt mention it. The dealer here in Cyprus, expects to solve it by replacing the dashoboard & since they ve told me its their first time that they are going to do that (never had a similar problem in the past) i am too worry about it. My rrs is only 20 days old...& hope that is the first and last problem... RRS TDV8 HSE Java Black |

Ah... it depends what they need to do? I don't think swapping the instrument cluster is a major undertaking... it maybe that the process is in GTR (or Bobby has it in his store, if he'd be so kind as to post it) The dealer should have the workshop manuals at its disposal anyway, so even if they've not attempted it before it should be a case of following the instructions... at least this is all under warranty, even if it doesn't solve the problem. Let us know how it goes
