Spray Paint

Do LR dealers stock cans of spray paint for our RRS? If not where because places like Halfords don't. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Land Rover produce a small touch-up kit comprising two bottles, each with brush in lid, one of matching paint, one of lacquer. and guess what, it's a reasonable price!! c.£8 from Stratstone, my local dealership in Aylesbury. I needed Zambezi Silver to cover up a scuff that someone put on the front corner of the bumper on my RR.

I would have thought you'd be better off entrusting that job to someone like ChipsAway. Because the metallic paint finishes are laquered, you can't just "touch up" and expect to get a perfect finish.
I've used ChipsAway in the past on my RS4 and they were superb. Some old git ran into the side of the RS4 and put a crease and scratch down the entire length of the car (apart from the front wing). ChipsAway charged me £100 and the result was perfect, the repair was totally invisible. They also touched in a few stone chips and polished the entire car all for the same price.
Highly recommended Very Happy

I agree Paul, I've used them, and been v. impressed. When I've picked up a few more scuffs 'n stone chips, I'll have them back. The touch up paint/lacquer is OK, but you can see it.

I've just used them for two big stone chips on my silver CLK. I tried and it was messey! But they resprayed it and you wouldn't know. Cost £140 and good service. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone
