Thanks guys... and thanks Nick, was good to speak to you today, sorry if i seemed a bit distant, had a client walk in and sit down right in front of me while i was on the phone... god knows how he got past reception.. can't get the staff nowadays!!

Looking at Google maps it's right near the A13 through Dagenham... not the most pleasant part of the world. Looks like it's surrounded by those council blocks etc, judging by the shadows on the ground.....

SOLD STC Today to cash buying investor for £185k... easiest property transaction i've ever had to date.. got the keys yesterday, got them to the agent today, and he reported the house was in a bad way and smells of cat pee! but the buyer was very keen.... so everyone's happy.. quickest commission the agent has ever made i can tell you.. who said the property market was dead!? |
