50k Budget - two cars - which would you choose?

Guidelines;

1) Budget: £50k total
2) Neither car can be older than 3 years old
3) One will be your daily driver, whereas the second is a toy

ok, whats your choice? I'm not decided yet, however I thinking along these lines;

Daily Driver: AUDI A8 3.0tdi Quattro (55 Plate) - £25k
Toy: Lotus Exige (06 Plate) - £25k

Still thinking through the options

What would you go for?

btw this is just for fun - something my friend and I do regularly

when i said you would have to haggle a little Thumbs Up

i might have meant a lot Embarassed

or go for the lower powered EVO as they do different engines, and have a little extra power added at a later date

I did say MORE than £2k over Kaine................ Embarassed Embarassed

Well Andy that would have to be a pretty elderly Defender.......................... even my well abused 1996 CSW is still worth an agreed £7500 with 70000 miles on it and a new chassis last year. Either that or you would be buying a very early TDv8. Having tried the Def2 offroad now, I would love one, it's just so much better in all respects than my Tdi300 - apart from the fact that it has so many easily drowned electronic bits that my 300 doesn't have! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

There aren't enough beads on my abacus to get it to total more than 2500, so anything more has to be a guess! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

might change my toy option to a Defender and then go for more speed on the Daily Driver front

Daily Driver: AUDI RS4 Avant (07 Plate) - £44k
Toy: LR Defender 90 - £6k

might have to go that way instead
