I wonder how often SPECS cameras are being used to issue NIPs? There's been that top section of the M3/M25 in the roadworks which has been under a SPECS-enforced 50mph limit now for about a year and initially everyone seemed to obey the limit and keep their speed down... but lately the traffic seems to be flowing a lot faster even though the same limit is in place.

Whenever I have driven the M6/M42/M40 round Birmingham over the last 3 years or so it has been notcable how much more freely the traffic moves now that everybody is observing the speed limits for fear of getting another load of points - the other thing you see less of now is also tailgating on those sections 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
