Problem found.
Went into dealer and a quick inspection revealed a leaking radiator. Looks as if impacted by a stone type object at high speed. Hence unfortunately not a warranty cover  |

Pretty sure its coolant - Its the same colour (pink) - Although the consistency seems slightly more oily than water coolant.
I'm aware the AC seeps when it needs to - I assume this is just water - ... |

| Keyless access on my BMW did exactly this. Fabulous in winter, start car, heated seats, demisters etc on. Lock car go back in house for a quick coffee |
