looked at the LR snow system which i think is circa £450 for front axle only and found this for substantially less but looks the same!

Not sure what you are really saying but here goes.
The original cradle has an actual dash mounted plastic cradle where the iphone sits tightly and is wired backt o the auido module somehow

cant fault Perrys in Luton/Dunstable so far on service, even had a Disco 3 for week and didnt moan when i returned it very very muddy!
