 So what do you do for a 19" Off Road touring tyre?

I see we can get 305/50R20 General Tires AT2 (Sic) here. Would these fit with the extra width and profile or would they rub??

Not yet bought but wanting a 3.0 TD V6 2011 which if I understand right comes with min 19" Rims. I do a fair bit of outback touring in my old Jeep 2001 Limited which originally had 17" Goody ...
