great thanks for that. yeah i think the clips are £0.50p each and there are 15 on each side i was told. so maybe £300 ish and that is about right?

yep, constantly on is what i would like 
i really would like mine to sit flush with the grill, i.e. they don't protrude. the grille would have to be cut, or i'm thinking of placing them ... |
