What happens if you setup Timed Climate (vehicle preconditioning) under Vehicle Departures in the new app? That’s how I set mine up.

okay so it didn't stop charging at 16:00  however it would appear if you plug it in during a timed event it will wait, i couldn't test to see if it automatically started as i needed to nip out ... |

It took me a while to get the timed cabin preconditioning events to work. I have different departure days each day and find the app often fails first time to set the time up.
