Just to follow this up, job completed. Started and finished in 8 hours.
Wasn't too hard at all, lifted the body up about three inches and wiggled them out/in

Just to rule it out i blanked out the EGR's today, which made the EML come on and resulting codes but no change in the starting behavior. |
